Starting at 5:00 p.m. (PDT) on April 30, 2024, the following features and services will be
unavailable to VMware customers on Customer Connect (VMware's legacy support portal):
- User Registration
- License Management
- Users/Permissions
- EA Management
- Account Management
- Success Plans
- Subscription Delivery Platform (SDP)
- My Funds
- Purchase or Upgrade Products
- Enroll in Learning Courses
- Purchase Support Incidents
These features will remain available:
- Download product binaries and patches
- Product Evaluations
- Create Cases
- Manage Cases
- Close Cases
- Reports
Starting at 8 a.m. (PDT) on May 6, 2024, VMware customers will begin accessing similar features and services on the Broadcom Support Portal; additionally, all Customer Connect traffic will be redirected to the Broadcom Support Portal.
